Happy Father's Day

Bryan's 1st Father's Day! I made this card for him and put it in his iphone, so that it would be the screensaver.
This was Robert's (my father-in-law) gift. We gave him the bibs for him to work outside, Aimee got him the chair and Bud got him the chocolate (wrapped in cop's tape!) So we just decided to put it all together. Friday the day was so beautiful that we decided to go to the Lake and take Tiffany for the 1st time. I knew she wasn't going to like it, and here's the proof!
I remembered that we had her bath tub in the car, so we filled it up with water and she enjoyed it a lot more...until it got cold!I let her crawl out of the blanket and into the sand to see what she would think of it, and she hated it. I had to go wash it off and she was not enjoying any of it.
Finally I just gave up and changed her into dry clothes and she enjoyed it a lot more. And then she started to get tired...
Aih ela comecou a cansar...
E apagou!
And passed right out!My mother-in-law is saving this little bike for her but I guess she won't have to wait long.
Her cousin Gage showed up last night and the two of them had a great time together. He is two months younger than her but just as tall, he is super long for his age!

What we've been up to!

So much has been happening, I don't even know where to start! We finally moved to Rock Springs, WY to be with Bryan, and let me just say it has been WONDERFUL being with him again! He's helping me SO much with Tiffany and I can get a lot more done! His days off are a lot more fun because we don't have the stress of travel and he isn't as tired, since he gets to sleep longer. I haven't really been able to decide what I think about Rock Springs, I've been mainly unpacking and trying to make this tiny apartment work for us, but I do love having a super Wal Mart close by and a lot more options for restaurant. I haven't been to the mall yet, but I look forward to it...everything is pretty close to where we live, so I can just go whenever I want! I did notice how different the people are here compared to Rexburg...we really did live in a bubble! People aren't nearly as nice, and I'm having to get used to that! I know I'm gonna have a hard time not knowing many people here, not having my friends close by to just hang out sometime, but I have my little family together and that makes up for a lot!

Our last days in Rexburg were just hectic! I got food poisoning the last week, and the only thing that gave me strenght to clean, finish packing, and take care of Tiffany was prayer. I seriously am SO thankful to my Heavenly Father for giving me the strenght when I needed it most. I love knowing that when I don't have anywhere else to go, I can go to Him and He will help me! Then after that Tiffany got some virus and kept throwing up and had diarrhea for about 10 days....right when we moved to a place with no washer and dryer. She was also waking up about every two hours for a few days and I was getting just worn out. Bryan would come home at 5 am and stay with her so that I could get some more sleep! She is finally getting back to normal though.

Oh yeah, and just as I foresaw Tiffany started crawling two days before we moved to this apartment with a gross carpet and floor. I totally knew that was gonna happen too. Just two days after she turned 8 months I thought I saw her move a little bit, but I wasn't sure. So when I got to Bear Lake to meet Bryan we were sitting on the couch and she was playing on the floor...she started whining because she wanted to come to us, and slowly she started moving, until she crawled all the way to where we were. You have never seen two prouder parents! I just realized a little too late that I didn't have the camera with me at the moment, so we had to replay it later to get it on camera. It's only been a week since she started, very slowly, and now she will go EVERYWHERE and really fast. Her favorite places are all the "keep out" places for her, so we spend all day chasing her back to her play area! I also try to keep this place as clean as possible, but her favorite place to be is the kitchen floor, the most high traffic place in the house! She is CONSTANTLY moving around, and I'm not even kidding. She climbs her toys, from one to the other, she will walk all the way from one couch to the other, and to my shelves, and magazines, and uau, I just get worn out at the end of the day! She even moves in her sleep. She wakes up on the other side of her crib facing down. I don't know where she gets so much energy, but I can see I'm going to just get more and more busy and she becomes more mobile (if that's even possible!

I'll try to post as many pictures as I can... ENJOY!

Trip to Bear Lake

The last time we were down there I think Tiffany was about 3 months old, so it's been a long time. We had a lot of fun playing outside for a little bit since the weather was pretty nice (except for the wind, always the wind!). We got to see family and friends and it was way fun! Tiffany wouldn't go with anybody, she gets the stranger anxiety pretty bad, which it's kinda bad because I never get a break and people can never play with her. After a while she did warm up to Gramma and Granpa and Britt's family, but that was it! I need to start taking her out more or it will just get worse. It was also my first Mother's Day, it was kinda weird to actually celebrate it, but I love being a mom and Bryan got me some gifts that I LOVED!

I was so excited that I got to see Brittany and Brooklyn while they were down there. Tiffany loved them and had so much fun playing with them. It was nice to catch up too...I sure miss my friends! This was the first (and only) time she went with Granpa.

She was so amazed with being outside that she wouldn't smile for the pictures...she just kept staring at everything!

Jumping for the first time on the trampolin. She loved it!
Driving around Bennington with Daddy...of course she wanted to touch everything!

update!

A lot has happened since my last post! For Easter weekend we had a friend's wedding in Salt Lake and since Bryan had to work, Tiffany and I went by ourselves (with the help of the mother of the bride on the way there!) and stayed with our friends in Provo! I was really scared to drive by myself in Utah specially because I didn't know how Tiffany would behave in a long trip. But turned out the did great and we didn't get lost. We also had a great weekend with friends we hadn't seen in a while. The wedding colors were gray and yellow, so I decided to buy Tiffany a dress that would got with her colors, plus she looks so cute wearing yellow!

Right after a really good and needed nap she was so happy and playful.

With the bride and the groom: Jennifer and Jack Thomas

Our group of friends. It's always fun to be with them!

Look at her all grown up playing with the rocking horse, she would kick her legs to make it move too!

This one was on Easter, it was such a nice day!

Her favorite thing to do now is to walk! All you have to do is give her your hand and she will stand up and give little steps. It amazed me every day how fast she is learning and growing! I never get bored with her around because there's so many fun things we can do together now, specially with the weather getting warmer!

These pictures are of last weekend when Bryan came home. We finally got an apartment in Rock Springs and we will be moving in the end of May, so we (mainly ME) are going to be very busy trying to pack everything and move. I'm having really mixed feelings about it. I'm gonna miss Rexburg because of my friends and family, but I'm really excited to be with Bryan again! I know the Lord is blessing us with these changes and we have to have faith that it is what He wants for us right now!

We took her to the park to see the duckies but she didn't really care about them, she was just excited to be doing something new.

She gets really nervous if she's only holding you with one hand and trying to walk, so she tries to grab your hand with both of hers!

She is so active now! She can roll back and forth and stays a lot longer on her belly which hopefully means she will learn how to crawl sometime in the next few months. I wonder if her eyes will stay that color, they are so pretty!

Daddy daughter dance!
