Another day at the Lake

So we finally found a way for Tiffany to enjoy the Lake. She didn't mind at all being that close to the water, she just played and played on this tube.
Finalmente achamos um jeito de fazer a Tiffany curtir o Lago. Foi soh colocar ela nessa baita boia rosa que ela esqueceu da vida!

Ateh com o primo Gage ela nao ligou. Alias, curtiu um monte! Os dois ficaram ali um tempao... tambem, estavam super cansados!
Not even with her cousin Gage did she mind the water. They hung out there for a long time, but I think the fact that they were super tired had something to do with it.
We finished off the day with a fire and some s'mores! Yumi!
Para terminar o dia, montamos uma fogueira e comemos uns S'mores (bolacha, com chocolate e marshmallow derretido no fogo!)

The other day I was doing my nails, and then decided to try to paint Tiffany's. I didn't know if she would let me , but it dried really fast so she didn't really complain. I thought it turned out super cute!

I just remembered I made this video a few weeks ago during a family reunion. Tiffany learned to raise her arms when we say "so big", and she loves to clap her hands, so here is her showing her skills. The other baby is Elly, Heather's baby.
Eu achei esse video que eu fiz umas semanas atras. A Tiffany aprendeu a levantar os bracinhos quando dizemos "so big" (tao grande), e ela tambem adora bater palminha...

Yay for Holidays!

I was SO excited that Bryan got to have these past couple of days off. It worked out perfect with my friends wedding, so we got to go to Utah and have some fun!
Here is the bride and groom. The reception was really short, so we didn't get to spend a lot of time with everybody, but it was good to see everyone again!
Aqui estao o noivo e a noiva! A recepcao foi bem curta (parece que os noivos estava com pressa, hehe) entao nao tivemos muito tempo pra curtir os amigos, mas foi bom reve-los!
Tiffany got to see her cousin Thomas again.
A Tiffany e o Thomas se reencontraram. That night we went with our friends Paty and Glen to a Brazillian restaurant for a Brazillian pizza night. My favorite is the chicken and catupiry kind!
Sexta a noite nos fomos com nossos amigos Patty e Glen no restaurante Central do Brasil pra comer pizza brasileira. FIquei super feliz que eles concordaram em pedir metade frango e catupiry pra matar minha vontade! tambem fui na lojinha comprar mais Toddy e algumas coisinhas mais!Hum...I couldn't miss eating some chicken heart....my favorite!
Claro que nao podia faltar coracaozinho do espeto!On the 4th of July we decided to go to the Zoo. Paty and I had talked about planning a trip to the Zoo and the overcast weather made it the perfect day (except that the sun came out half way through and it got super hot!).
Ontem nos decidimos ir no Zoologico. O dia estava perfeito ateh que o sol resolveu sair e ficou super quente, mas ainda sim nos divertimos!
Tiffany only noticed the animals when they were very big or when they started moving, it was funny. I think she was still to small to really enjoy it, but we had fun watching her learn new things!
A Tiffany soh notava os animais se eles eram grandes ou se eles se mexiam. Eu acho que ela ainda eh muito pequena pra curtir esse tipo de coisa, mas nos nos divertimos vendo ela descobrindo coisas novas!
These were my favorite. Look how cute they were with their tales intertwined and so loving!
Esses macaquinhos foram meus favoritos! Achei tao engracadinho que eles estavam com os rabos enrolados e agiam todo apaixonados!
It got so hot at Paty's house that we left all the girls only in their diapers to play around. Tiffany loved having older babies to play with, she would go and grab them and the girls woudn't even mind!
Tava tao quente na casa da Paty que resolvemos deixar as meninas soh de fralda. A Tiffany adorou brincar com as meninas pq elas eram mais velhas e nao achavam ruim quando ela beliscava e puxava cabelo!
At night we watched a little bit if the fireworks. Paty's neighboors did a small show in front of their house but Tiffany was really tired, so we just went in and put her to bed.
De noite nos assistimos um pouco do foguetorio na frente da casa da Paty, mas a Tiffany estava muito cansada do agito do dia que nos tivemos que entrar e colocar ela pra dormir.

Happy Father's Day

Bryan's 1st Father's Day! I made this card for him and put it in his iphone, so that it would be the screensaver.
This was Robert's (my father-in-law) gift. We gave him the bibs for him to work outside, Aimee got him the chair and Bud got him the chocolate (wrapped in cop's tape!) So we just decided to put it all together. Friday the day was so beautiful that we decided to go to the Lake and take Tiffany for the 1st time. I knew she wasn't going to like it, and here's the proof!
Sexta o dia estava tao lindo que decidimos levar a Tiffany no Bear Lake pela primeira vez. Eu sabia que ela nao ia gostar da agua nem da areia...e aih estah a prova!Eu lembrei que a gente tava com a banheira dela no carro, entao soh enchemos de agua e ela curtiu bem mais, soh q a agua esfriou e ela comecou a reclamar de novo!
I remembered that we had her bath tub in the car, so we filled it up with water and she enjoyed it a lot more...until it got cold!I let her crawl out of the blanket and into the sand to see what she would think of it, and she hated it. I had to go wash it off and she was not enjoying any of it.
Eu deixei ela engatinhar na areia pra ver o q ela achava, e ela nao curtiu nem um pouco. Tive que tirar toda a areia e ela reclamou o tempo todo!Finalmente desisti e coloquei uma fralda sequinha e uma roupinha seca tb e ela se sentiu bem melhor.
Finally I just gave up and changed her into dry clothes and she enjoyed it a lot more.And then she started to get tired...
Aih ela comecou a cansar...
E apagou!
And passed right out!My mother-in-law is saving this little bike for her but I guess she won't have to wait long.
Minha sogra esta guardando essa bicicleta pra quando a Tiffany tiver maiorzinha, mas pelo jeito ela nao vai precisar esperar muito!O Gage apareceu ontem a noite e os dois fizeram a festa juntos. Ele eh dois meses mais novo q ela, mas eh do mesmo tamanho...super cumprido!
Her cousin Gage showed up last night and the two of them had a great time together. He is two months younger than her but just as tall, he is super long for his age!
