Things FINALLY slowed down!

Wow...all I have to say is that I didn't think this time would come. These past couple of months have been so crazy with our move back to Idaho that it seemed like it wouldn't have an end in sight. I got really freaked out for a while, thinking we wouldn't get this house in order in time for me to have the baby, but WE DID IT! Well, mostly my mom...she's been AMAZING and there was no way we could've done it without her. I didn't move 1 box...just helped organize things when we got here.
After we got the house unpacked, we worked on the baby's room. Let's just say I didn't rest until I got the hospital bag packed. Now we have everything ready. I bought all the little things he would need coming home from the hospital, organized his clothes and I even washed and cleaned the baby's toys (which he won't need for a while).
But now I'm SO ready to have this baby! I do have to say that moving got my mind out of the pregnancy, which made it go by SO much faster than Tiffany's. Something good had to come out of all this craziness, right?!

We went from having boxes EVERYWHERE...

To BARELY fitting everything in the truck...
To getting settled and having some time to relax.
And my belly kept growing and growing...
In the mean time, Tiffany has learned a few new skills that we are very impressed with. My mom got her a hula hoop and she has a Xuxa DVD that teaches how to use it, so in one night she learned how to use it and she is really good at it! She keeps asking for us to play that song over and over again, but that shows us she is very persistent!

I gave her her first puzzle for Easter and she has been on and off playing with it. Lately she became obsessed with it, so my mom got her a different one that was a little bit more challenging. This Toy Story puzzle got her very frustrated at first because she couldn't do it as well as the other one, but with A LOT of practice, she got the hang of it and now she won't even play with the other one anymore. She will do this one 20 x in a row and she is very fast now. It really amazes us her patience to just sit there and figure it out, but we love it because it keeps her quiet for a while!
There has been so much change in her life lately that she won't do or eat anything she used to. It has been really hard to feed her, because she won't try new things and won't eat anything that she always ate. So we are even having to give her PediaSure to make up for it. We are also having to find new things to keep her entertained. I took a long time to let her play in the sink with the dishes, because I knew once I taught her how, she would be obsessed with it. She could play in the sink all day long if we let her.

Life is good though! This week I'm trying to spend as much time with her as I can because who knows how it will be after the baby is born! I scheduled to be induced this Friday (June 24th). It is my dad's b-day and from the beginning of my pregnancy he's been saying that it was going to be a boy and he would be born on his b-day. I always knew I wouldn't let this pregnancy go over 40 weeks again, and I actually could get induced any day this week, but I knew it would mean a lot to him to wait until the 24th. And it's working out great, because I had time to do everything I needed to before he came and I still have a few days to just relax and prepare myself mentally! I'm SO excited to know that in a few days I'm gonna get to hold my baby.

Update...

YAY, my computer is working again! It's been a while again, so I'm going to do a quick update! Last month my friends Patty and Aline threw me a baby shower, and it was SO much fun! It ended up being at the perfect time, since now I don't have a car to drive around anymore and we are pretty busy with moving and all. I had so many friends coming! Even my mom was able to go.

The food was delicious and I loved the decoration. I helped by doing that banner in the mirror with my Silhouette and it turned out way cute.
These are all the girls that came. Talk about a party!
Now that Bryan is working in Rexburg already, we got stuck with our Intrepid, which works great for driving around town and sometimes to Park City, but we don't dare take it much farther. It was my mom's birthday on the 11th, so we decided to go watch Rio in 3D. It was such a good movie.

Cold Stone is right next to the movie theater, so we made a stop there for some ice cream.

We got home late, but we still had time to finish the cake and sing happy birthday before Tiffany went to bed.

We are now in the joyful process of packing. We leave on the 30th and will be able to move into our new house June 1st. That will give me at least a couple of weeks before the baby can decide to come...and I'm really hoping he will decide to come sooner rather than later! For those that have been asking me, we decided on his name at last: Adam Cristophe Holjeson. We can't wait to see him, but we still have a lot to get done and a lot of things will have to wait, so my nesting instinct is driving me crazy because I can't do much about it. In fact, I'm doing to exact opposite...

Easter

Easter was so much fun this year. I had lots of different things planned out for it, including going to Rexburg, but then I hurt my toe and everything changed. I didn't even get to do my easter shopping until the day before, when wal mart was almost emptied out from candy. So I got home Saturday night after a LONG day and started to put everything together. After Tiffany went to bed, we started to put the eggs all over the house.
The next morning she woke up and started seeing eggs all around and just went crazy. We left her bucket by her door, and she quickly grabed and started gathering all the eggs. It was so cute. She didn't even notice her basket sitting on her table until she was almost done finding the eggs.

But as soon as she paid attention to her basket, the first thing she saw was the little Jesse and Buz from Toy Story. She had me opened it right away and didn't part with them for the rest of the day. She ate all the candy we would let her, but Jesse and Buz were always with her.

We couldn't even get her to take a decent picture.

I wanted to wait until we were all ready for Church, but that day Bryan was going to leave for Rexburg, so we just got it all done in the morning. The Brazillian bunny was THE BEST! He brought us a bag full of goodies and our easter eggs.

In the end though, it turned out Bryan couldn't leave us just yet, so he left at 4 am the next day to make it to work in time. Now we start the living apart stage again until we can get moved up there. It's so hard...and even harder because I'm so far along in my pregnancy and seem to always get hurt or sick. I can't wait for this next month or so to be over!

Vovos

With all the sickness that has been going around here, one of the only things I have been able to do is use the computer, and still I haven't updated my blog in a very long time.
My parents arrived the first week of April, and it has been so much fun. Tiffany loves her grandparents SO MUCH! She goes crazy whenever they are around. We enjoyed having them with us for a week, then we went up to Rexburg and they stayed there. We had plans to have them come back but my dad had some emergencies at work and had the leave the second week he was here. Needless to say it was hard. It was very unexpected and we just weren't ready to say goodbye. Hopefully he will come back on August, so he can play more soccer with Tiffany with the ball he got her. But we have to enjoy whenever we do get to have them around, and Tiffany sure did enjoy every minute!

These park pictures are backwards but I'm not going to mess with it. Last week we took advantage of the only GOOD day of the week (and the only day so far) and went to a playdate at Sugar house park. First we stopped to see the ducks, and tiff had this face (the one right above here). They were all over the place and she just wasn't feeling very comfortable. After that we went to the playground and she didn't start playing until the very end, but then you can see how much she loved it. She went up and down those slides non stop for at least 1/2 hour. I can't wait to start taking her out more, but here in Kamas we are still getting snow, so who knows when that will be!
Saturday was a busy busy day. I had to work in the morning because it was GAP Give and Get weekend, and after that we had a birthday party. It was a princess theme, and all the girls dressed up. It was so cute, they did a few fun activities including making bracelets, decorating cookies and the pinata. But I have to say that Tiff's favorite part was to play with the twin's little sister Camila. She sure is training well to be a big sister.
After that we decided to stop at Cabela's. It was Bryan's first time so I was excited for him, but it turned out to be even more fun for Tiffany. They both enjoyed looking at all the animals, and Tiff LOVED the aquarium. She stayed there the longest just following the fish around. It turned out to be a great family outing and to finish it off we went to eat at Olive Garden. We got home super late and I can't even tell how much pain I was in, but it was totally worth it...especially because we don't go out all that much as a family.
